For Christ­mas please note our last guar­an­teed deliv­ery order date is 22th Decem­ber

Main­land UK Spe­cial deliv­ery is £6.20. Once dis­patched is guar­an­teed for next day deliv­ery by 1 pm. Each item has a slight­ly dif­fer­ent turn around time depend­ing on stock and avail­abil­i­ty etc. We send all our items this way to ensure safe deliv­ery as doing so also guar­an­tees your item.

For over­seas ship­ping prices will vary in accor­dance with weight and des­ti­na­tion. We will inform you of the cost pri­or to ship­ping. We endeav­or to keep the postage cost as low as pos­si­ble,

I cur­rent­ly use The Roy­al Mail Deliv­ery. All items are sent record­ed deliv­ery and should take 1–2 work­ing days in the UK once sent, sig­na­ture with always be required on deliv­ery.

Please be aware of any cur­rent postal strikes. Please allow a lit­tle extra time before Christ­mas!

All pieces of Jew­ellery comes in a high-end pre­sen­ta­tion box or pouch.  Per­fect for a gift and for stor­ing the jew­ellery after woods. If you would like a Maree Lon­don bag sent (so you can com­plete the gift) please just ask.

It’s worth men­tion­ing that we recy­cle all pack­ag­ing where ever pos­si­ble. So please be aware that your par­cel may con­tain re-used box­es and pack­ag­ing, but still done in a high-qual­i­ty way. This avoids waste and is kinder to the envi­ron­ment.

Returns & Exchanges

I want my cus­tomers to be total­ly hap­py with their pur­chase so if for what­ev­er rea­son you do not wish to keep the items you have ordered please email info@maree.co.uk or call straight away and send back for a refund, you have up to 30 days. The postage and pack­ing charge will not be refund­ed. The items should be well packed to avoid any dam­age and as a min­i­mum, a proof of post­ing should be obtained. Please keep the Proof of Post­ing (this is free) or Record­ed deliv­ery slip, it will cov­er you if the par­cel is lost in the postal sys­tem until we con­firm that we have received the pack­age no refund will be made. We can­not be held liable for any pack­age that is not received where a min­i­mum a Proof of Post­ing was not obtained.

UK law states that you are enti­tled to a ‘cool­ing off’ peri­od after plac­ing your order. You may can­cel your order with­out rea­son and return it with­in 7 work­ing days after the day of receipt for a full refund exclud­ing any postal charges. Goods must be returned AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are sup­plied in sealed packs or con­tain­ers, the packs must be unopened and intact. The cost and safe return of the goods is the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the cus­tomer.

Special orders and Commissions

For unusu­al and one-off items, I am hap­py to accept spe­cial orders or com­mis­sions.


There is no min­i­mum order lev­el.


I accept Pay­pal, Cred­it Card, Deb­it Card pay­ments via a secure serv­er which encrypts the infor­ma­tion before send­ing across the Inter­net. Please note that all trans­ac­tions will be car­ried out in Ster­ling.

The goods will not be deliv­ered until the customer’s funds have been paid and cleared in full.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Pro­cess­ing page, your details will be encrypt­ed by 128-bit indus­try-stan­dard Secure Sock­ets Lay­er (SSL) tech­nol­o­gy to pro­vide encryp­tion of per­son­al infor­ma­tion such as your name, address and cred­it card details.

Your infor­ma­tion pro­vid­ed to me dur­ing the order­ing process is pro­tect­ed by 128-bit indus­try-stan­dard Secure Sock­ets Lay­er (SSL) tech­nol­o­gy to pro­vide encryp­tion of per­son­al infor­ma­tion such as your name, address and cred­it card details. This serv­er encrypts infor­ma­tion while it is being trans­mit­ted across the Inter­net so that unau­tho­rized peo­ple can­not read it.

Overseas Customers (Outside the UK)

We wel­come orders from over­seas. Postage from out­side the UK times will vary, please con­tact me if you have any ques­tions. Also, buy­ers are respon­si­ble for any duties payable.

Euro­pean and World­wide orders can­not be sent with­out insur­ance. Pay­ment must be made in Ster­ling. Inter­na­tion­al pur­chas­es may incur Import fees or charges, depend­ing on the laws applic­a­ble in the pur­chasers coun­try. Any charges relat­ing to import tax­es or Cus­toms duties or Cus­toms clear­ance fees are the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the buy­er.

This will be based on the over­all weight of your order.

Return / Refund Policy

Postage charges will be based on the weight of the par­cel and will vary; I will charge an extra amount to cov­er over­seas ship­ping.
